Meet Denis Lévesque

Denis Lévesque is owner of Big Dashan, a high-performance executive and entrepreneurial coaching, training and speaking firm. He helps those who want to go from good to great, build the clarity, confidence and passion needed to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Known for his highly energetic and engaging style, Mr. Lévesque brings over 20 years of progressive experience across small and large companies, government, entrepreneurial, public and private organizations, from around the globe. After spending years rising through the ranks of the high-tech and IT industries, Mr. Lévesque realized his talent for helping teams and individuals perform at a high level.  In 2008, he started Big Dashan, focusing on executives, entrepreneurs and rising talent who wanted to improve their performance and their organizations' effectiveness and profitability.

He has consulted to a wide range of industries, including Pharma, IT, high tech, government, oil & gas, finance, banking and the military. This, coupled with his high-level experience and expertise in human performance behaviours, has helped Big Dashan’s clients achieve great success. A sought after inspirational speaker, Mr. Lévesque’s communication skills deliver a powerful message to audiences, large and small. 

Denis Lévesque holds a Bachelor of Commerce (U Ottawa), has obtained his Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads U) and Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) designations, and is fluent in both English and French.
